June Update
Dear VFT Members,
June is nearly upon us, as is the final VFT update of the 23/24 school year. There are plenty of events taking place for Ocean Week (June 1st-9th) including 'Two-eyed Seeing for Conservation' with Kianna Bear-Hetherington (June 4, Gr. 4-9) and 'Jawsome! Sharks of Canada's Coast' with Alanna Canaran (June 5, Gr. 4-9). Other highlights include 'Live Reptiles' with Booth Western Art Museum (June 6 & 13, Gr. K-6) and 'Live From the Pacific Ocean Onboard the Exploration Vessel Nautilus' (June 7, Gr. 4-12). Thanks for reading these updates each month and I wish everyone a safe and restful summer break!
