May Update...
Dear VFT Members,
It's nearly May! Lots of sessions 'en Francais' this month – be sure to let your French colleagues know! A few highlights this month include a visit to the 'McAbee Fossil Bed' (outside Cache Creek, BC) with the Royal BC Museum and Chief Frank Antoine of the St'uxwtèws Bonaparte First Nation (May 8, Gr. 7-12), visit a 'live pig farm' in Ohio (May 14 & 21 – Elementary), and take part in 'live soybean planting' (May.15 – Elementary, May 16 – Middle/Secondary). Also check out the session on 'Digital Citizenship: Footprints are Forever' with Banyan Global Learning (May 22, Gr. K-6). I hope you have a great month and please contact me for any assistance.
